Great company…I have a friend who’s son got the Walk N Roll toy as a gift. He tripped on it and the wood handle broke. She loves PlanToys® and was really bummed. She called them and explained what happened. They sent her a new one, no questions asked. The representative just asked that she please recyle the toy as all their toys are 100% recyclable. They didn’t ask for the other one to be returned, no hassle. Then for her son’s birthday he got the PlanToys® Drum Set. They were on vacation with family when he received it and upon coming back to NYC they realized they left the cymbal behind. Her husband emailed them and asked if they could get a replacement part. Before he ever got a reply a whole new drum set had been shipped to them! Now that’ what I call Customer Service!

PS, The Walk N Roll is very loud and kids love it…parents, not so much.
